Boris The Råt TV-series starts in October
Turku Arts Academy animation alumni Leena Jääskeläinen and Kaisa Penttilä have created an animated TV-series for children. It tells about a rat called Råtta Booris and his friend, baltic herring Anneli. Råtta Booris starts in Finnish TV-2 next October.
Boris is a Rat with issues. He lives in Helsinki, Finland, where his antics have got him in over his head. Luckily, he runs into a whole different kettle of fish in demure Anneli the Baltic Herring who is a lady of refined taste. The encounter changes both their lives. Boris decides to turn his life around. His madness attracts the attention of the authorities. Anneli is deeply embarrassed. Will Boris and Anneli’s life-long friendship withstand the Rat’s regular trips to jail?
Boris is soon to learn the lesson of his life.
