TUAS Cinematography teacher Marko Luukkonen spoke to journalist Tomi Tuomaala about the test shootings of an upcoming feature film in a recent edition of a local newspaper Keskisuomalainen.

“The test shootings of the post-apocalyptic The House of God took place in Tikkakoski at a small snowy Luonetjärvi lake. “The starting point is a special one. The director Mara Vigh is a man who casts bronze for a living, and now he is starting to cast film. This is way too interesting to be missed”, Marko explains.

A crew of twenty people spent the last Friday in November under freezing conditions just below zero in soft snowfall. The principal photography is planned to start in two years time in Tikkakoski.”
