National Council for Cinema awarded one-year grant to Ami Lindholm

Each year the National Council for Cinema awards five-year, three-year, one-year and half-year artist grants to professional artists.
The cinematic arts are an important part of our national culture, and the state supports artists, production companies and other actors in cinematic culture in order to support the operating conditions for this artform in Finland. Production and distribution support for films is awarded by the Finnish Film Foundation, which allocates the majority of financial support for cinema. The task of the National Council for Cinema is to support the work of artists in this field and to maintain our national cinema culture.
